Do you have school-based administration experience? Are you looking for a new challenge as a Headteachers PA? This wonderful special school is looking for a new Personal Assistant for its wonderful Headteacher. As the Headteachers PA you will be working closelywith the Headteacher to manage then Headteachers schedule. You will also be responsible for taking messages, communicating with teachers and parents, and liaising with the administration team.
This role requires previous school-based experience as you must be familiar with school administration processes. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for this role. As the Headteachers PA you will be working in close proximity to children,therefor a valid DBS is required for this role. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and high performing team, at a wonderful special school.
Job Role:

- Organising and planning the Headteachers schedule, including arranging meetings (with internal and external)
- Writing letters to parents and staff
- Acting as the first point of contact for all Headteacher requests
- Minute taking of SLT meetings and briefings
- Whole staff communications
- Awareness of the needs of students
In order to be considered for this role you must:

- Have a minimum of 3 months school-based experience
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Understand how the school systems and processes work
- Be polite, enthusiastic and have appositive approach
