Customer Service Coordinator
Job Summary
Duties are broad but will include:

- Ensure all service calls and access requests are handled promptly with queries processed effectively
- Provide accurate and meaningful data entry on the company's CRM systems (Salesforce & SharePoint)
- Identify areas to improve the teams existing service, process or systems
- Prepare and constructively participate in regular site access team meetings
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and attend cross departmental meetings when required
- Liaise competently and professionally with external organisations (Grantors, Operators, Suppliers and Contractors) to maintain working relationships
- Empathetic to stakeholder needs
- Confident and assertive communicator
- The ability to prioritise as problems arise
- Positive approach/mindset
- Well organised with great attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure to agreed deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable

**Benefits & Salary**
- **Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 per year**:

**The role is predominantly office based but there is some flex on home working.**
