Job Overview: As a Sales Support Member at FPS Environmental Ltd you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to our existing customers, discussing upcoming projects, identifying new prospects, and fostering partnerships.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our sales efforts and work collaboratively with a dedicated team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to discuss any upcoming projects they may have that could require drainage designs or Flood Risk Assessments.
- Identify potential sales leads through proactive prospecting, market research, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry professionals, and organizations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events as required.
- Meet with customers as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in a similar industry or consultancy environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to influence decision-making processes.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Targeted outbound calls.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Knowledge of flood risk management, environmental consulting, or related fields is a plus.

**Salary**: £14,000.00-£16,000.00 per year
