We are looking for an individual to join the facilities & accounts management team, handling multiple accounts and ensuring all contractual obligations are met with regards to the management of facilities.

Facilities & Accounts management responsibilities include Reactive & PPM works, Ensuring Statutory Compliance, Managing and Delivering Small Projects, Maintaining strong relationships with Customers, Working alongside client teams to be the "go to" personfor any Facilities Management needs they may have.

This role will be both a balance of 'Hands-on’ work as well as direct involvement in resolving issues.

**Facilities & Accounts Manager responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring positive relationships are maintained with clients
- Ensuring resources are efficiently and effectively organised
- Carry out 'hands-on’ duties as may be reasonably required from time to time

**Facilities & Accounts Manager Responsibilities**
- Ensure that all PPM tasks are completed on time, in line with specifications and any remedials accurately reported
- Ensure that all Reactive tasks are completed within KPI time frames and to a high standard of repair
- Ensure all statutory related paperwork is completed accurately and is filed appropriately
- Provide timely, consistent and exemplary communication
- Deliver all necessary Toolbox Talk Training as well as identifying other training requirements within direct reports
- Interface with the client teams in the course of reactive and PPM maintenance works
- Undertake sub-contractor management in line with the above
- Line Manage maintenance engineers in area of responsibility
- Ensure satisfactory time keeping and conduct of workforce
- Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure that the service meets and exceeds service level agreements. Continually review service provision to identify areas of improvement
- Operate as part of the wider Pareto Management Team in supporting business and organisational development

**Facilities & Accounts Manager Requirements**
- Recognised, relevant Mechanical / Electrical engineering qualifications.
- Driving Licence

- Good interpersonal skills both internally and with customers.
- Proven ability to work to targets and deadlines.
- Proven ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.
