**Business Support Officer**

Stockport Without Abuse (SWA) is a grassroots charity committed to supporting our vision of everyone having a right to live in safety, and to have a future without fear of domestic abuse. We work directly with women, men and children who have experienced or are at risk of domestic abuse.
**Main purpose of the post**:
- Provide 360 support to our entire recruitment process, being a first point of contact to prospecting employees, and setting up new starters for on-boarding with the organisation including preparation of IT equipment and induction documents.
- Managing our social media accounts, being responsible for strategising and growing our reach, curating innovative and compelling visual and written content, plus moderate management of our website.
- Supporting the CEO and the Board of Trustees with short
- and long-term projects and any ad-hoc duties that may arise with the changing needs of the organisation, its employees and its clients.

Our non-salary benefits include a 4% pay increase upon successful completion of your 6-month probationary period, 24 days per annum plus all public bank holidays (pro rata for part-time staff), your birthday off every year, and 3% employer contributory pension. Sometimes there’s even cake.
