This is a great company that offers quality products, all sourced sustainably and locally. You will be manging all recruitmentprocesses, training, and HR management duties. More information can be found below. This ia a Head of HR position.
**The Duties**:
- Providing advice and guidance to the Senior Management team on employment matters, influencing management and the leadership around the people agenda to maximise service performance
- Working closely with the HR Advisor to manage the payroll process to ensure that staff are paid on time and accurately.
- Maintaining a clear understanding and providing up to date knowledge of the legal framework, this includes developing HR polices in line with current legislation and keeping abreast of modern HR procedures and best practice.
- To represent the company in a positive, professional manner at all times.
- To be prepared to support fellow manager in any meetings required.
**The Person**:
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or Level 7)
- Experience of coaching and mentoring managers
- Experience of designing and writing HR policies, procedures, offers and contracts of employment
- Excellent attention detail and a high degree of problem-solving skills as well as adaptable to changing needs/priorities
**Salary: £75000 - £85000**
