**Responsible to - Operations Manager**

**Duties include**
- Finance & book keeping duties including accounts payable, receivable and credit control tasks

(e.g Keying of Customer Invoices, Supplies Invoices and issuing Purchase Orders, receipting customer payments, Credit Control, Bank reconciliations, online VAT returns, and the associated filing with these duties) on Sage Line 50
- Liaising with customers to resolve invoice queries and provide POD’s
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve queries
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to order materials, organise haulage and update the Jobscan system in line with CE Marking requirements
- Any other duties related duties requested by Management

**Essential Criteria**
- 1+ year experience in an Accounts Administration role
- Highly IT Literate and proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
