The most important thing is that you can work as part of a high performing team and have great communication skills to quickly build rapport with your colleagues and guests. When you start in the pub we will ensure you receive the best possible induction into the company and role. This will consist of working alongside the managers who will show you the Greene King ways of working, systems and processes.

As part of the management team your role would be taking part in regular managerial meetings, your input of sales building activities would be valued and you would be responsible for the daily running of the business to ensure we are safe, legal and compliant. Tasks will include the following:

- Running the perfect shift
- Cash Handling
- Team Coaching/Training
- Stock Control & Ordering
- Events Planning
- Providing excellent customer service

**Salary**: From £10.52 per hour
