**About the Brand**

This is an exciting opportunity to work across two exclusive brands designed and established by a prestigious UK Music Artist and Actor. One of these brands is in the Sports Fashion Apparel market and the other is in the Men’s fragrance space. Both brands are sold direct to consumer in partnership with leading global retailers - they have unlimited potential for exceptional global growth and as such, it is an exciting time to become part of the journey

**Role Purpose**

The newly created role as Head of Product provides an opportunity to be the focused point of contact for all brand and supply chain partners for these two exclusive brands. This role will also have responsibility for building a solid foundation for all commercial opportunities as well as having the key position of being tasked with channeling growth and strategy for both brands.

**Role Objectives**

**Design**
- Management of communication channels between the design team/suppliers and Brand CEO
- Creation of budgets and targets for the two brands
- In conjunction with design team, build range plans to meet targets and deliver against expectations
- Present designs/samples to the Brand CEO for sign off
- Management/oversee the success of critical paths
- Co-ordinate launches and marketing activations with the design team to ensure samples are received on time.

**Marketing**
- Co-ordination of launches and marketing activations with marketing and social teams.
- Be responsible for budget management for paid marketing / Google / Meta
- Management of wholesale and DTC launches
- Oversee and execute the brands Social Strategy with the Marketing team.

**Wholesale**
- Communicate effectively with wholesale partners to present new collections
- Be responsible for Critical Path management to ensure goods are delivered on time and are of good quality from suppliers
- Manage expectations of wholesale clients, whilst ensuring growth strategies are implemented to reach brands potential.
- Ensure all invoicing and payments are professionally managed and delivered in-line with client requirements.

**Finance**
- Liaise with the Accountancy team to understand the financial requirements for the brand
- Be responsible for the arrangement of invoices to be issued and paid.

**Your knowledge, skills & experience**
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across all technical disciplines
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate and negotiate with others to deliver results
- Display high levels of energy and enthusiasm to motivate and excite others around the potential of the brands
- Possess a basic technical knowledge of agile and design software to ensure successful product delivery and a positive consumer experience
- Have the ability to strategically analyse information and processes and determine actionable steps to deliver what is needed for the success of the brands
- Have an overall knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines and understand how they work together to get results
- Sound knowledge of social media platforms and how they can be leveraged for business
- Robust project management skills and ability to engage and manage relationships with clients and external stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
