Our client is looking to recruit an Internal Sales Coordinator for their expanding business. Applicants will be commercially minded, well organised, motivated individuals who will deal with inbound enquiries, produce quotations and covert to orders. The role will initially be based in Stoke On Trent before company relocation to Burton On Trent in 2024. A degree of remote working can also be offered.

**INTERNAL SALES COORDINATOR**

**STOKE ON TRENT (BASED IN BURTON ON TRENT FROM 2024)**

**FULL TIME**
**PERMANENT**

**£24-£27K DOE**

**THE ROLE**
- Processing sales orders, cash sales and purchase orders
- Receive incoming and make outgoing telephone calls to both existing and new clients
- Following up on any customer enquiries and issue quotations accordingly
- Working closely with both the manufacturing and transport departments to ensure delivery dates are achievable and met
- Provide sales administrative support to the Sales Director and external sales team
- Input all details onto the CRM system and tracking own project list to a defined threshold value/stage
- Keep the CRM projects up to date with all relative information
- Flag potential sales leads and enquiries that require site visits to the sales team
- Working as a team with the external sales team to hit targets and convert leads
- Build close working relationships with customers within allocated regions
- Research new projects and create new leads on the CRM database

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Previous sales administration experience or similar
- Excellent communication skills together with an enthusiastic, professional telephone manner
- Knowledge of the construction sector would be beneficial but not essential
- Customer care orientated
- Good IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A good team player who works well under pressure
- Preferably a full driving licence and own car
