**The role**

PI Care is fast becoming one of the complex care providers of choice in Cornwall. As a valued member of the team, you will be supporting people in a variety of ways including short and long-term community care packages, a placement breakdown, or supporting the person to transition from a hospital to community setting.

What we look for from you:

- A Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 3 (or at least one year’s care experience)
- A genuine passion to make a difference to the lives of the people you support and their family members
- Excellent communication and team player skills
- Agility with the ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility and punctuality
- A warm, empathetic and enthusiastic personality
- A full UK driving licence with access and use of a car and business car insurance (desirable)
- The right to work in the UK (essential)
