We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safeguarding Social Worker to join our team at Ackerman Pierce Ltd. As a Safeguarding Social Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and safety of vulnerable adults in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and investigations to identify and mitigate risks to vulnerable adults
- Develop and implement effective safeguarding plans to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to share knowledge and best practices in safeguarding
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on safeguarding policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development and implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures
- Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 1 year post-qualifying experience in the UK Social Care industry
- Registered with the Social Work England (SWE) Register
- Enhanced DBS/CRB clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
