**Contracts Manager (Ground Maintenance)**

**Location**:Salisbury/Trowbridge**

**Salary: £47k + Company Car/Car Allowance + Bonus + 25 Days Holidays + Pension + Company Benefits**

**The Client**:
Our client is a UK leading green service provider, and part of the European family of companies, operating in France, the Netherlands and the UK. They provide a range of landscaping & grounds maintenance services across the whole of the United Kingdom ofGreat Britain and Northern Ireland.

The company creates and maintains landscapes all over the UK. They deliver large civil engineering landscapes for oil and gas producers, for airports and for highways. They are a very ecologically-aware organisation, as you’d expect from a company that focuseson the outdoors.

**The Role**:
**Principle Accountabilities**:

- Contract Performance & Delivery, Relationships
- Customer/client care, People Management
- Quality, Health & Safety, Financial Management,
- General, Key Performance Indicators

**Knowledge/ Experience**:

- IT literate and ability to use various software packages.
- A good understanding of commercial awareness
- This role requires a driven person with an enquiring mind and a ‘can do’ outlook whom is keen to further develop commercial skills within the landscaping industry
- You will be a confident communicator with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- You will have the ability to work professionally, efficiently, focused and organised
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Articulate and persuasive when talking to others to convey information effectively
- High level of enthusiasm
- Strong leadership and relationship building skills
- An ability to plan ahead and manage time
- Ability to manage when faced with numerous time sensitive deadlines
- Full driving licence required
