Help Desk Administrator

At DRB, our Help Desk team is pivotal to our business and provides first-line support to our clients, colleagues, sub-contractors and suppliers and we are now hiring a Help Desk Administrator to join our team.
Working closely with the Help Desk Manager, you will be scheduling daily works for our engineers, responding to reactive maintenance calls, preparing quotes, purchase and sub-contractor orders as well as actively engaging in costing and invoicing.
We are looking for the following skills and attributes as these will be key foundations for you to succeed:
- Computer literacy with a natural ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Publisher and Excel are a plus)
- Basic understanding of accounting and project management
- Good geographical knowledge
- Well organized and reliable
