**Legal Receptionist**

Location: Bolton

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

We are delight to advertise a Legal role Receptionist by one of our client, well know and reputable Law firm in bolton which is one of the leading global provider of skilled business-critical support services to financial, legal and professional services firms.

**Purpose of role**

The primary focus of the Receptionist role is to deliver excellent customer service at all times and providing administrative and front line service to all visitors and staff within a Legal environment

**Key responsibilities**
- You will be the face of the organisation and responsible for the following:

- Switchboard/reception
- Promptly and efficiently deal with telephone calls
- Take and pass on messages accurately as required
- The main point of contact for any visitor/guest or employee for the organisation
- Greet and interact with visitors to the location informing the host of the guest’s arrival
- Arrange travel & couriers for location with accurate vehicle and destination information
- Deal with any other reception or switchboard duties as required

**Personal attributes**
- Previous reception experience essential minimum 1 year
- Experience within a legal environment/legal knowledge required
- Strong administration skills and fully conversant with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
- Well presented, with excellent communication skills (written, listening and verbal)
- Strong customer focus
- Planning & organising - Managing and measuring work
- Accountability and responsibility
- Ability to operate at all levels within the organisation
- Confident and with a professional, business-like manner
- Ability to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy and delivering against timescales
- Team player, consistently in tune with the aims and objectives of the business
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to carry out delegated functions/tasks/projects
- High level of confidentiality in management of staff
- Able to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

- Bolton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Legal Receptinist: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
