Are you passionate about taking charge of optimising and implementing new processes to our client's successful customer experience team? - Look no further, we have an excellent opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that all customer enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.- Provide on-going training and support where necessary.- Monitor and improve the quality of the service provided by the team.- Provide quality assurance (4 calls per agent per month) as part of ongoing call quality and auditing.- Ensure daily targets are achieved.- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.- Enforce standards, promote best practice in areas of Health and Safety and complete all E-Learning modules.- To be the point of escalation for call handling and service operative teams.**Key Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar team leader position.- Highly customer oriented.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience in quality and auditing.- Results focused.- High attention to detail.- Experience within a fast-moving service/facilities environment is a distinct advantage.If you are a people-focused professional with prior experience supporting, mentoring, and managing front-line customer service advisors
