We are a leading recruitment business, specialising in the supply of temporary driving and industrial personnel. Operating from 59 UK locations, we have nationwide coverage to be able to service our extensive client base.

**What does this role involve**
We are continuing to open new branch locations and grow our nationwide coverage. A new position has been created within our sales team, for a Business Development Manager who will support our existing branch operations and drive new business growth across theSouth region. This role will require travel across our branches and be heavily based around new business opportunities for our teams to service. We are looking for an individual who can drive business revenue by increasing the client base to companies requiringtemporary industrial and driving staff. An extensive prospects list will be provided to work from, with an expectation to source your own leads and introduce contacts.

- We would expect you to have a year one take home of £60,000 - £70,000 OTE

**Responsibilities**:

- The ability to generate new business leads and meetings
- Update the CRM with all self-created leads and assist consultants with developing their prospects
- Work closely with the Branch and Area Operations Managers to convert new business
- Attend client visits to check on service levels and further opportunities
- Present monthly sales reports to the Sales and Operations Directors

**Skills**:

- Demonstrate strong sales qualities with proven experience in a business development role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Extensive knowledge of the recruitment sector, with the supply of temporary staff
- Ability to multitask within a fast-moving environment, where no two days are the same
- Driven to achieve targets and promote new sales activity and success
