To provide a coordinated 'strengths based’ approach in delivering Age UK Salford’s Age Well, Early Intervention Neighbourhood Model by:
i. Working in 'Partnership with colleagues’, working across the continuum of care provided by the Charity and beyond to complement other community services

ii. support increased isolation and anxiety faced by older people during and beyond the pandemic and be central to increasing community engagement.

iii. proactively increase volunteer recruitment and opportunities within the Service and across the organisation.

iv. develop and establish a group work model to ensure older peoples’ voices and wishes are central to the development of inclusive neighbourhood activities.

Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 28 per week

**Salary**: £20,651.00 per year
