**Shifts**:8am-3pm & 3pm-10pm

**Role**:Permanent Full Time 37.5

**You must hold a full UK driving licence and be over 23 years old for this position.**

Do you have previous experience as a support worker, care assistant, domiciliary/home care, or residential homes then this would be ideal for you. **Service**
Alnwick Road is a Supported Living service providing individualised and proactive support where people’s rights, independence and choices are actively promoted. The service provides support for up to 9 adults with a range of complex needs, often involving dual diagnosis: Learning Disability, Autism, & behaviour that may be described as challenging

**Support Worker duties**:

- Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
- Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies
- Assisting with the development of person centred plans for our residents
- This includes employment, education and other opportunities
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
- Providing personal care where needed always working towards more independence
- Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
