**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- This is a 3-month job with prospect of extension to start on the 1st February 2023.
- This is an office-based post with no ‘working from home’.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide vital support to the success of the team
- Take ownership of enquiries received into the clinic from various stakeholder groups including patients, consultants and referrals from other hospitals
- Be a confident, enthusiastic and customer-focused communicator.
- Be responsible for maintaining and updating sales leads and following each lead to close, focusing on maximising sales whilst delivering high quality customer service.
- Need to be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner.
- Support manager and admin staff to ensure that customer requirements and queries are dealt with effectively.
- To support the team working with a range of health care professionals to deliver high quality educational and community events to the general public both within the clinic and externally. Working, on occasion, during the evenings.
- To maintain the necessary administrative systems and processes to support business development requirements.
- To develop constructive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- To assist in the co-ordination and delivery of projects, supporting the achievement of business aims.
- To assist in the promotion of the services of the clinic throughout the local community.
- Ideally be experienced using Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn; and engage the public with new and exciting ideas to help promote My Cosmetic Clinic.
- To support the team with the IT aspects of marketing such as website updates, updates on social media, devising datasheets and analysing data
- Ability to manage and follow-up on workload
- Ability to work towards target oriented goals
- Ability to uphold a strong brand representative of the company and brand
- A very high standard of English is essential

**Requirements**:

- **To work 5-6 days at the Clinic (No ‘home-working’ will be allowed)**
- **Strong/sales business development**
- **Willingness to undergo the necessary training**
- **Previous experience in the cosmetic industry not required but a solid sales background is necessary**
- **People Management and Leadership**
- **University Degree or Diploma**

Schedule:

- 8 hour shifts at the Clinic
- Flexible working
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime working
- Weekend availability

**Salary**: £25,000 per annum plus bonus.

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Medical Sales: 5 years (preferred)
