Part Time Sales Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a resourceful Administrator to support the Managing Director for our client based in High Wycombe, who pride themselves in offering unique customised solutions for their customers in the UK and Internationally.

This is a part-time role (flexible hours, up to 20-25 hrs a week, with flexible working times) will include the following activities, and can be either conducted working from home, or from their office

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring of sales communications with customers and distributors and ownership of the existing CRT (Customer Relationship Tracking) spreadsheet in order to maintain a full and accurate record of the status of each sales opportunity.
- Advising the Sales Director when responses and scheduled follow-ups with customers are due, and/or sending these responses if appropriate.
- Supporting the Sales Director and the remote Sales and Marketing consultant to provide quotations to distributors and customers, Organising marketing materials and samples, as required.
- Supporting the Company product marketing function and assisting with the creation and updating of marketing materials, news bulletins, and web site. Helping too prepare for participation in trade exhibitions.
- Assist with creating new Order Confirmation documents and monitor new orders through to shipment.
- Building effective relationships with distributors and customers and presenting in an efficient and professional manner
- Contacting existing customers for status updates and adding these updates to the CRT spreadsheet. Our goal is to obtain a status update from each of our 140 customers every 6 months or sooner.

**Experience**:

- Excellent English language skills
- Basic numeracy and ability to work with quotation pricing.
- Some previous knowledge of Sales Admin processes, including CRM would be an advantage but not essential.
- Ideally some experience of business communications with people from other countries for whom English is not their mother tongue. Some experience of Zoom or Teams calls in a business context would be useful.
- Quick learner with excellent attention to detail

**Qualifications**:

- It is likely that the successful applicant will have at least two A-level qualifications or equivalent, and ideally a degree qualification. Some training/qualification in business/Sales administration would also be useful but not essential.

**Personal Characteristics**:

- Must be personable and able to communicate on a clear, open, friendly and professional way, in writing and verbally, with business managers.
- Professional, self-disciplined, and with a methodical and organised approach.
- Should be motivated by the team goal of winning new orders, gaining new customers, achieving sales targets and growing the business.
- Enjoys taking responsibility and act personally and proactively to achieve challenging targets and deadlines
- Should be able to work well with others in a team environment.
