As UK Sales Support you'll need to:

Responsibilities:
(This is an administration role).

1, Put together quotes on the CRM.

2, Answer the UK incoming sales calls as back up for the sales team.

5, UK selling support tools ownership, including monitoring/managing all sales materials including brochure and marketing supplies.

7, Ad hoc support when requested.

Key Skills and experience:

You will have administrative skills which are delivered in an engaging and professional manner.

You will be:

  • A selfstarter who is good at organising own time + planning.
  • Customer focused, always putting the customer first.
  • Able to seek clarity to communicate facts and be able to prioritise workload.
  • A good communicator (Face to face, Zoom/Teams, written and verbal via the telephone).
  • Technical Sales accepting.
  • Approachable to all.
  • A team player who leads by example.

You must have:

  • An interest in the water treatment industry.
  • Some experience in using a CRM framework.
  • Administration experience written and via the telephone.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Attention to detail/meticulous

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary:
£12.00 per hour
