**The job itself**:
We are looking for a Direct payment worker who is outgoing, energetic, and fun to look after a 13-year-old female with medical needs. The young person has a diagnosis of Epilepsy. The hours would be used to help this young person access the community. They require full support to access social experiences, to be able to meet and socialize and attend groups, activities and events in the community.

Their interests include drawing, art and craft, shopping, cinema and bowling. The worker should have knowledge of working with children with complex needs and should be approachable and confident in working with young people. The worker will also need to be flexible and understand that the day’s activities may be led by how the young person is feeling. The family would ideally like a worker that can commit to doing long term work with their young person.
