**Role Responsibilities**

As a Graduate Trainee joining this rotational programme, you will:

- Learn about key areas of the business, the market they operate in and the products they sell.
- Be mentored by an experienced manager.
- Complete a programme of professional sales training that will equip you with all of the tools and skills needed to thrive in a successful sales career.
- Progress towards a business development and area sales role where you will identify and develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with B2B customers.
