Mercland is a family run and busy Mercedes Specialist Car Dealer.

Our main activities are the sales of pre-owned Mercedes alongside Servicing & MOT’s.

We are a team of 30 people across three buildings and now we are need of talented and motivated individuals, so that we can take our business to the next level.

Here we have a strong team spirit; everyone works hard to achieve our goals.

This role is a very important role within our organisation as we will expect the new member of our team to attract, gain and retain customers.

As you will also be required to help with the advertising of the vehicles online. Therefore you **must** be very IT proficient.

A good understanding of motor vehicles is essential to be able to advertise our stock proficiently.

Basic Adobe Photoshop experience necessary.

Training will be provided on the job, however attention to detail is absolutely critical. Good writing, spelling and grammar are essential, as our cars must be advertised totally accurately and with professionalism.

This role will evolve as the business grows even further and more members join our team.

Although this will be your main role, the day to day role will always remain flexible, and you may be asked to help with anything from office admin to collecting or delivering vehicles

We do not expect to find someone with in depth knowledge of Mercedes, but if you are quick and willing learner, you will fit right in and you will get to know and understand the brand very well.

This role could be part or full time, however we do need someone a minimum of 6 hours per day, Tuesday to Fridays at the very least.

Salary totally dependent on your skills, motivation and experience within the industry.

A full clean driving licence is necessary.

A positive outlook and an ability to handle the pressure of working in a very busy dealership are essential traits.
