Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers/members
- Assist with admin tasks, sign ups, inductions, cleaning, tidying
- Maintain a clean and organised gym facility
- Process payments for classes, memberships, merchandise, food, drinks
- Provide support to other staff members as needed

Qualifications/Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers and printers
- Previous experience in a gym based setting preferred but not required
- Passion for Fitness or Martial Arts

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
