Nightclub Host/hostess

We at Southsea Brunch Klub are looking for a A dynamic Host or Hostess

You must be outgoing, fun loving and a face about town

You will be the person to help keep the party going

Amongst other things..

Check guest reservations, guest lists, and tickets to confirm entry eligibility and provide appropriate wristbands or stamps.
Ensure cover charges are collected and enforce club policies regarding entry fees.

Crowd Control:Help the doorteam to manage the flow of guests to prevent overcrowding and maintain a comfortable environment.
Ensure guests adhere to dress code policies and code of conduct.
Collaborate with security personnel to maintain order and handle any disruptive or unruly behavior.

Providing Information:Answer guests' questions regarding club facilities, events, promotions, and any other inquiries.
Assist guests in finding their way within the club and direct them to various areas, such as the dance floor, bar, or restrooms.

Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest concerns, complaints, or special requests.
Handle difficult or challenging situations with diplomacy, tact, and professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic security and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with the nightclub industry, events, and trends.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
