Office Manager

A busy professional services firm based in Welwyn is seeking an Office Manager to help organise the firm as it continues its growth. They are a successful firm who have an established client base and are well known in the local area.
Being a relatively small business, the role is varied and would suit someone who is very organised and capable of adapting to change within a fast-moving industry. You will be instrumental in assisting the business to run smoothly, keeping an eye on workingpractices and improving internal systems.
**Main duties**:
- Running the reception desk; meeting and greeting clients
- Handling the online portal (Document and e-signature management)
- Database management
- Dealing with various agencies (Companies House & HMRC)
- General office duties, including post, scanning, virtual filing, photocopying, stationery ordering
- Supporting other members of staff
- Setting up direct debits and monthly billing/invoicing
- Mailchimp, including bulk mailshots, monthly newsletter and Christmas cards
**Person specification**:
- You will be a creative thinker and the ability to 'think outside the box’
- Previous office admin experience
- Strong computer proficiency
- Ability to work to strict deadlines with good planning skills
