Copas Brothers (Construction) Ltd is part of the Copas Farms Estate which is a modern and progressive family-run business based in the Thames Valley and Chiltern Hills. The estate consists of 2,516 acres including 300 commercial tenancies, 67 residential properties, in-hand arable and Pick-Your-Own operation. Copas Brothers (Construction) Ltd is the fully owned and controlled business, undertaking all the in-house construction projects, and employing 20 full time staff members.

We are looking to strengthen our management team with a Technical Co-ordinator to take our consented planning permissions and prepare the technical drawings and handover packs for the Site Managers to start on site.

More specifically the role will involve:

- Prepare, co-ordinate and manage Planning Condition Discharge Applications.
- Pre-Construction Design - take the Planning Drawings and prepare working construction drawings.
- Co-ordinate and motivate external design teams.
- Ensure the construction design meets the design intent, budget, and program.
- Add value by challenging solutions, methods, and techniques.
- Organise Service installations.
- Prepare Site Health & Safety Plans.
- Assist Site Managers with technical issues.
- Attend External site meetings.

Personal specification
- A highly skilled, dynamic, and commercially minded individual.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Hands on approach and can-do attitude.
- Excellent construction knowledge and experience, domestic and commercial (5 yrs min.)
- The ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, external consultants, planning offices and Building Control.
- Proficient in Autocad and Excel.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
