Warfield Parish Council is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Democratic Services Assistant. We are a growing and changing council, requiring a highly motivated and proactive individual with excellent organisational and administrative skills.

As the Democratic Services Assistant you will work closely with the Parish Clerk to support some council and committee meetings, particularly those associated with the delivery of a new community hub in Warfield. You will help in the preparation and running of meetings, including preparing and circulating agenda and taking, and writing minutes.

This role offers the opportunity to work to a flexible pattern to be agreed (you will be supporting 18-26 meetings per year) as part of a small, friendly team based in offices in Warfield, but with the opportunity to work from home.

This role is offered on a fixed term until 31 July 2027.
