**Job Description**:
The Global B2B Travel team is responsible for developing and managing key travel intermediary clients globally and building out a best-in-class product suite for the travel industry.

**What's is all about?**

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new team within Visa, working on one of the company’s most important strategic priority areas. This role, reporting to the Director, Issuer Development & Management within the Global B2B Travel team, will be responsible for supporting the achievement of ambitious issuer B2B travel targets. Key responsibilities will include:

- Relationship managing Visa’s top travel issuer businesses, working closely with regional and local teams, to provide problem management, proactive identification of efficiencies, service change and system enhancement support
- Maximising revenue opportunities by leading, in partnership with regional colleagues, the creation and delivery of client strategic and tactical account plans
- Supporting with major contract negotiations and involvement in all major B2B travel issuer structural changes/account restructures
- Analysing client data and reacting quickly to account changes and/or market changes that may directly impact the profitability of the account
- Identifying new and ongoing client requirements, introducing new B2B products and services as appropriate, demonstrating expert knowledge of Visa’s solutions
- Working closely with the B2B & Commercial product teams to evolve the value proposition, products and platforms globally to meet client / market needs
- Engaging with cross-functional colleagues including Marketing and Communications to deliver excellent client and industry-specific messaging and materials
- Staying current with industry and client trends and maintaining a strong knowledge of Visa products and services

**Qualifications**:
What we’re after
- B2B payments experience, ideally in B2B Travel, working in business development and account management roles preferably within a large OTA or commercial issuer
- Demonstrated track record of supporting complex client deals or partnerships from negotiation, to closing and through delivery, with demonstrated trouble shooting / problem solving skills
- Strategic-thinker with strong analytical skills who can support the development of new data-led strategies to deepen client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships and influence across Visa’s highly-matrixed structure, including cross-functionally (product, marketing, finance etc) and regionally (Europe, AP, CEMEA, NA, LAC)
- Team player who enjoys working as part of a small, agile team, with positive attitude, and aptitude and interest in learning new things
- Strong communication skills (written, oral & presentation) with an ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences in an approachable way
