DRB UK Maintenance are pleased to offer the opportunity to work as an Helpdesk Administrator within our Hamilton office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing admin assistance to the helpdesk manager
- Raising reactive maintenance calls and scheduling with the appropriate engineers
- Liaising with colleagues, clients, sub contractors and suppliers
- Producing Purchase and sub contractor orders
- Preparing quotes
- Costing and invoicing works
- Ensuring all SLA’s and KPI are met

**Skills & Abilities Required (Essential)**:

- Computer literacy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Publisher and Excel are an adventitious)
- Basic understanding of accounting and project management.
- Good geographical knowledge
- Well organized and reliable.
