**Role Requirements**
- Administration and organisation
- Diary management for the Director(s) including prioritising meeting requests as appropriate, ensuring the best use of his/her time;
- Deal with telephone and in person enquiries with a view to minimising the directors workload;
- Review incoming mail, prioritising, redirecting or responding to issues;
- Draft, edit and format documents, including: correspondence, reports, agendas and PowerPoint presentations;
- Arrange travel bookings / itineraries
- Effectively support meetings in terms of venue, accommodation, equipment,
- and refreshments.
- Provide all relevant papers to the Director(s) in good time, prior to meetings (with Director actions highlighted) to enable preparation;
- Communicate instructions and other messages to managers and staff clearly and promptly on behalf of the Director(s)
- Attend team and other relevant meetings taking and producing minutes for distribution
- (as required);
- Liaise with Reception in relation to external visitors and ensure the smooth running of
- internal and external meetings and visits;
- Ensuring meetings are arranged and administered properly.
- Supporting the directors with specific projects and research.
- Ensure professional standards are maintained

With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

**About Us**

The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Brain Injury Community Service.

Boasting a beautiful 24-acre site in Surrey, we are located just outside of London, close to the M25 (accessible via Junction 8, A217 to Tadworth) and easily accessible via National Rail, by way of: Clapham Junction, Sutton, and Epsom.
