Legal Secretary

Jenson Fisher is excited to be recruiting a **Legal Secretary** for our well-known client on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a successful company

In this role you will be working in a busy legal office and have the opportunity to train and develop, as well as work with other teams within the firm.

On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting senior figures and ensuring that the firm is represented well at all times
- Working both independently and as a member of the team
- Dealing with a high case load
- Working to tight deadlines
- Maintaining existing relations with private clients
- Maintaining up-to-date files
- Preparing legal documents and contracts
- Making appointments and managing diaries
- Handling confidential information
- Dealing with clients
- Completing time recording and other management records
- Ensuring compliance is adhered to in all activities
- Other administrative duties

If you feel you possess strong administration skills, you are confident in your typing skills and have good understanding of all Microsoft Office systems and willingness to learn I would be delighted to hear from you

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
