Salary £40,000 per annum (£80,000 OTE)
Peterborough (Hybrid)
Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)
HB Commercial are delighted to partner with one of the fastest-growing businesses in the training sector. My client is seeking experienced business development managers to join the team and take the business to the next level.
Roles and responsibilities but not limited to
- Converting warm leads into sales appointments
- Growing a profitable sales pipeline
- Hold meetings and deliver presentations to prospective clients
- Developing and maintaining lasting relationships
- Smashing monthly KPIs
About you
- A minimum of 2 years experience in sales
- Attending events and networking with clients
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, driven and goal orientated
