**Website Manager** - Customer Journey focused - Retail **(Flexible/Hybrid role)**

We are looking for a "Customer Obsessed" Website Manager, who can help our client with their continued online growth

The **Website Manager** will development the site taxonomy and information architecture from scratch, manage the **roadmap, CRO Testing, Data driven (Google Analytics) and testing.**

As **Website Manager**, for a large **retailer**, you will be comfortable in a fast paced, high volume, large ticket sales environment.

The objectives of the site will be more focused on **customer experience** and **lead generation**

This is an exciting role for a**Website Manger**to really make your mark on the transformation and future proofing of our clients websites.

**What is the day to day of the role**:

- Development the site taxonomy and information architecture from scratch
- Map each customer journey for each outcome, working with group digital team to ensure the development delivers to these requirements
- Manage a digital Executive to ensure all product content is delivered in time for launches, working with marketing and buying to ensure content is accurate
- Input all site requirements across both CX and marketing performance areas, including SEO etc.
- Design and deliver key performance analytics to give executive visibility of performance both weekly and monthly.
- Manage day to day agency and group digital relationships to ensure the brand is able to deliver on objectives

**Required skills & qualifications**:

- Previous experience managing a website for a multichannel brand.
- Proven experience in creation of analytics, strategies, and customer journeys.
- Depth of understanding on website impact on customer experience, marketing and performance.
- Able to manage cross department colleagues to ensure on time delivery whilst promoting customer centricity.
- Able to work in a fluid environment and be self-motivated to deliver.
- Able to present business cases for changes to current thinking.
