ElectriCall South Wales are a team of experienced electricians offering a wide range of electrical services for both domestic and commercial customers in Cardiff and across the South Wales area. They are now seeking a **Part-Time Administration Assistant** to join their growing team, based at their Cardiff office.

**Job Type**: Part-Time / Permanent

Hours: 24 hours per week (8:00am - 4:30pm) with flexibility to collaborate on creating a suitable schedule. Specific days may be required if the Director or Current Admin Assistant is not available.

**Salary**: Minimum wage for the 6-month probationary period, with the opportunity for negotiation upon successful completion of this period.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Reception duties, including welcoming visitors and managing phone calls
- Tracking bills and maintaining organised file management
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism
- Chasing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Bank reconciliation and tracking expenses
- Generating expense reports
- Scheduling payments and managing payment deadlines
- Dealing with invoice/payment queries in a timely manner
- Performing general administrative tasks

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- Previous administrative experience is highly desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: Up to £10.42 per hour
