Our client is a well-being company who has had phenomenal success in a short period. An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Development Representative to join in supporting their next growth phase. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be one ofthe first points of contact with any potential customers and an ambassador for the brand, building commercial opportunities through various outbound techniques.

Duties will include:

- Research targeted accounts, identifying relevant points of contact and other information to help with creating opportunities.
- Manage a prospecting pipeline and meticulously track the activity on CRM.
- Qualify inbound leads generated by our marketing team.
- Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs
- Share best practices with your colleagues and be open to learning from others
- Deliver and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Reporting and data entry
- Contribute to improvement of processes where relevant
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks across the business where required
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience in lead generation, sales development or inside sales
- Experience in cold calling/outbound prospecting
- Confident in creating & holding conversations with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport
- Able to work independently to meet and exceed targets
- Resilient and coachable
- A desire for a long-term career in a commercial role
