Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to drive HR at the heart of the Public Sector?

The HR Advisor (FTC) position is varied and interesting, you will work closely with other HR advisors to provide a professional HR service to our internal and external customers to deliver our HR service. You will establish, maintain and improve people management practices by aligning our organisational policies and processes to people related matters. You will act as a dedicated advisor to your customer base in the resolution of grievance, disciplinary matters and other employee relations. You will assist with HR and OD projects and initiatives in support of the workforce strategy. Produce accurate and timely reports to the service areas including analysing and presenting HR information/data as and when needed.

The roles will be hybrid with the requirement to work from home and attend office location across Shropshire to support in the delivery of the service.
