We are looking for a Learning Administration Team Leader who can help us ensure that Learning & Development activity is aligned with business needs. We want to ensure that the Witherslack Group is a great place to work, and we need you to line manage the Learning & Development Administrators to maintain a high standard of service. This means ensuring that** processes to access Learning & Development are clear to the business and using data to drive decision making and process improvements.**

**Here’s what we need from you;**
- Experience working within a Learning & Development Team in a complex organisation
- Strong experience working with systems development - preferably experience with managing a Learning Management System
- Experience with process improvement
- Data fluency
- Confidence with IT and systems
- Strong Leadership and Management skills
