**Get out what you put in**

You will support with managing day to day tasks, from answering telephone queries to minute taking. Your main focus will be providing a customer focussed support service to managers, employees and outside agencies. With your efficient, professional approach, you’ll be responsible for proofreading official documents, managing meetings, assisting with administration for events and greeting visitors to Head Office. - Competent use of full MS Office suite
- 2 years’ admin experience
- Knowledge of children’s residential sector
- Proof reading experience
- The ability to work to tight deadlines in a busy environment
- Managing multiple tasks at once to a high standard
- The ability to build strong relationships with home managers
- The ability to potentially travel to deliver admin training (as needed)
- A strong track record of liaising with senior members of staff
- Excellent references
