The Buyer will be responsible for expertly sourcing, procuring and managing inventory of high-quality products. This individual will work closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and high standards.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Luggage Buyer to join our dynamic procurement team. As the Luggage Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in curating an enticing collection of luggage and travel accessories that embody Keplin Group Limited's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in trend analysis, supplier relationships, and market dynamics will be critical in driving the success of our luggage product offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies that align with Keplin Group Limited's brand image and business objectives.
- Source, evaluate, and establish relationships with domestic and international suppliers, negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure optimal product quality, pricing, and availability.
- Conduct thorough market research and trend analysis to identify emerging design trends, materials, and innovations in the luggage and travel accessories industry.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings to inform product selection and development decisions.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from product conception and design to order placement, production, and delivery.
- Work collaboratively with product design and development teams to create and refine product specifications that align with customer preferences and quality standards.
- Analyse sales data, inventory levels, and demand forecasts to optimise stock levels, minimise excess inventory, and ensure timely product replenishment.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, fostering open communication and collaboration to drive product quality, innovation, and reliability.
- Monitor supplier performance, evaluate product samples, and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure products meet Keplin Group Limited's quality standards.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry regulations, compliance standards, and sustainability initiatives to ensure responsible sourcing and ethical business practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in buying or purchasing
- Experience buying and dealing with factories is preferable
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers.
- Proficiency in trend analysis, market research, and the ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments and with external partners.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and project management capabilities.
- Passion for travel and a keen eye for design and innovation in the luggage industry.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and ethical sourcing within the consumer goods sector.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving business environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
