**Plumbing Coordinator - Bicester - Permanent**

**Position**: Plumbing Coordinator

**Location**: Bicester

**Salary**: £23K - £25K

**Type**: Permanent - Full time

**Hours**:8am - 5pm

Our client has a great new opportunity for a Plumbing Coordinator to join their team. The role is ideally for someone who can manage the daily up-keep and accountability of departmental administration duties supporting the business needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Allocating and updating engineer schedules when required
- Ordering materials and creating purchase orders while liaising with suppliers
- Updating and managing customer/client records effectively
- Taking incoming calls - responding to enquiries appropriately and efficiently
- Supporting the line manager in any other administration tasks when required
- Provide great customer service and build great relationships across the business
- Collect and maintain work schedules to confirm success and completion

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- Attention to detail and organised
- Experience in similar role is an advantage
- Can use time management effectively
