We are looking for an experienced** Contact Centre Training Manager **for our client a global business based in Liverpool**.
**Key Responsibilities**: - Contact centre training delivery for a variety of diverse client customer management campaigns, including product specific training, contact centre specific skills training and sales training.
- Leadership of training design and delivery for a contact centre Team Leader community.
- Onboarding training for all levels of employees joining the business.
- Compliance training for all aspects of the Business.
- Development of a training knowledge base for generic and client specific training material.
- Responsible for the development and training of the Training team.
- Development of a suite of different training approaches including classroom, virtual, self-learning and e-learning methodologies.
- Provide leadership, direction, coaching and feedback to the contact centre trainer community.
- Design, set up, deploy and manage a robust training planning system and training record keeping maintenance for the contact centre teams.
- Work as an integral and critical member of the Contact Centre Operations team.
- Attend client meetings and regular monthly and quarterly business reviews as the Training Subject Matter Expert

**Key Skills / Experience Required**:

- Ability to work at pace on a number of challenges simultaneously.
- People focused, highly focused on colleague and engagement and development.
- Previous experience in training design using a range of different methodologies.
- Experience of conducting Training Needs Analysis on behalf of colleagues or clients.
- Experience in working with client colleagues to define and deliver training requirements to meet their customer management objectives.
- Comfortable with, and able to demonstrate experience of training analytics.
- Experience in a contact centre training leadership role.
- Excellent relationship builder with a proactive, professional, pragmatic approach.
- Experience of interacting with training professionals within the wider contact centre industry
