As a Finance Officer, you will be at the forefront of our client's financial operations. You will manage day-to-day financial operations and serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding invoicing and payment queries, providing exceptional customer service while building strong relationships.

With your expertise in financial systems and procedures, you will identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements, driving our client's financial operations to new heights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day finances, accounts payable, and receivable for both the UK and US divisions.
- Handle invoice processing, purchase orders, and reconciliation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding invoicing and payment queries.
- Enhance financial systems and procedures, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain reports on key financial metrics and advise on risk-related terms and conditions.
- Assist with tax preparation and manage VAT inflow/outflow.
- Participate in UK payroll processes and ensure timely debt collection.
- Maintain supplier accounts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop financial models to support decision-making processes.
- Establish and enforce financial controls and processes.

**What we're looking for**:

- An ambitious individual with a strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Actively pursuing ACCA, CIMA, or ACA certifications, showcasing dedication to professional growth.
- Strong understanding of general accounting and financial principles.
- Hands-on experience with popular accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
- Proven ability to work autonomously, exhibiting excellent time and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Payroll experience would be advantageous.
