A national law firm is looking for a Costs Team Leader with to lead a small team into its next exciting expansion phase.

As Team Leader, you will ensure the team meets its financial and technical objectives, including KPIs and chargeable hours, and provide mentoring to the team to help them reach their full potential.

This role is perfect for someone with excellent knowledge of costs principles and case law, who is now looking for the next step in their career. The move will come with a jump in salary and great prospects.

Your role will be to plan and distribute workload across the team, paying appropriate attention to individual team member’s current capability, to ensure the timely and profitable completion of cases, while ensuring compliance is being met.

The firm takes a “people first” approach, promoting a healthy work/life balance through a reduced-hours week (35 hours) and flexible/home working, so you’ll be able to fit your work around your personal commitments.
