**The Production Assistant role**
We are seeking a talented ‘Production Assistant’ with experience within either post production or gaming environments. The Production Assistant role supports our existing team composed of 6 production staff and Head of Production, on all things pre-production and post production. We're looking for a self-starting Production Assistant who wants to get his or her career started in the world of digital humans and metaverse content creation. You don't need a lot of experience at the Production Assistant level, but you must be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
**Production Assistant Key responsibilities**
- Supporting with documentation for all aspects of production on all live jobs including PPM decks, call-sheets, cash reconciliations, and delivery of assets to clients and post meetings
- Create supporting documentation for post production feedback to be supplied to our team of artists.
- Create client facing presentation documentation
- Assisting Production Managers with diary, travel and accommodation arrangements for shoots and events
- Liaise with freelance crew.
- Take minutes in meetings.
- Ensures internal department workflow and tracking documents are kept up to date.
- Managing production accounts and expenses
- Organising the studio space to ensure that it is always fully stocked and presentable.
- General office duties
**Production Assistant Requirements**
- 1+ year's experience in production or post production at Production Assistant level.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Able to work from our Wimbledon Studio in South West London
- Experience using gdrive, especially google sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
- An enthusiasm for the industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You must be able to contribute to good working relationships, and to create a positive atmosphere for the rest of the team.
