**Job Role: Legal Administrator**
**Salary: £26k + Excellent Benefits**
**Location: Birmingham**

**Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5**

Harper Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Legal Administrator to join our client - a reputable legal firm based in Birmingham City Centre.

You will be responsible for providing an all round administration support within the Real Estate department, ideally you have proven administration experience working within a professional services environment.

**What will the role involve?**
- Answer telephones and greet clients
- Respond to clients and provide information to clients
- Log and distribute incoming mail including regular and electronic mail
- Set up, organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems in accordance with recognized procedures and standards
- Process and track legal work
- Record and monitor deadlines
- Update status and tracking reports
- Collect and retrieve information from files as needed
- Prepare and edit correspondence, minutes, letters, memos, presentations and spreadsheets
- Process and distribute documents effectively
- Plan and schedule appointments, conferences, and meetings
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and conferences
- Provide administrative support including copying, scanning and faxing
- Monitor and coordinate the flow of information internally and with external stakeholders

**Essential criteria**:

- Proven Administration experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- A team player with great attention to detail
