Service and Warranty Administrator

Gibsons Garden Machinery Ltd, a leading supplier to the Groundscare Industry across the North West and Yorkshire are looking to recruit a Service & Warranty Administrator to join their growing After Sales Team and will be working alongside existing staff. The role is based in Haydock.
The successful applicant requires the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, be organised and able to work as a team player.
**Duties to include**:
- Administration of service engineers job cards - job stories /parts / labour
- Raise invoices to customers - internal and external
- Obtain purchase order numbers for work carried out
- Service & Warranty Work in Progress is kept in line with Company targets
- Deal with invoice queries from customer
- Provide administration support for the Service Plan Contracts
- Prepare and process warranty claims, ensuing they are submitted in accordance with supplier’s deadline.
- Chase up warranty claims and action any credits to customer’s accounts
- Communicate with the After Sales Manager any issues with warranty claims
- Various ad-hoc tasks involved with providing admin support to the After Sales Team
**We are looking for someone with**:
- Experience of working within a service / warranty / customer service role
- Strong administration skills, organised and the ability to meet deadlines
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Someone with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Driven to achieve Company targets
- Excellent IT skills
- The ability to work as a team or individually
The hours of work are 9.00am to 3.30pm with a total of 24 hours per week. This is to be worked over 4 days
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: £12.45 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
