We are recruiting for a Tactical Planner to join our Resource Planning & Delivery team on a permanent basis

**What you’ll be doing**:
You'll work alongside the Capacity Planner to provide tactical and operational resource planning within Customer & Wholesale Services, for one of our Lincoln departments. You'll manage the 1 day to 6 week resource planning window to ensure all workload is prioritised and planned within business targets, whilst ensuring planning and scheduling processes are aligned. As well as this, you’ll manage the booking and planning of all schedule staffs non availability day requests, balancing agent satisfaction and service levels.

You’ll schedule and manage expectations for the delivery of varied working shift patterns, identify and resolve key issues that impact customer wait times, abandonment rates, redials, customer experience and backlogs, and taking ownership of engaging with front line employees and Operational Managers for any proposed enhancements to short-term working shift policies.

Other key parts of this role will be to present Intra Day plans and Back Office plans at weekly planning meetings, and ensure clear channel of communication is provided to operations and front-line agents for all amendments and updates.
